Breeze at Appleby blues festival

My band Breeze played a short 40 min set at Appleby blues festival at the weekend. We went down well and had a good time. It's nice to be just up there playing for fun now that the days of chasing a record deal have gone
We're a power trio with my best mate on drums and my dad (yes I clawed him back out of retirement ) on bass.
There was a guy there who took a couple of pictures for their website. He's no David Baily but I might be able to photoshop these to look ok.

My dad showing off his custom built Buggle Fish Bass.

It was supposed to be a strictly blues set but I couldn't resist breaking out the DY. I didn't half get some funny looks from the purists.

With a bit more effort than this I might be able to do something with these photo's after all.

All in all we had fun and played without any pressure. I'm finding a new love for playing live in this band.

Ben

Thanks guys !

The Rory Copy went down a storm. Not one person spotted what it realy was and that includes the three guys who wanted to try it out.
They all loved it and said it was beautiful but they couldn't understand why anybody would ever want to own a (and I quote) "F*ckin 'orrible, garish yellow plank with a stupid hole cut out of it. That American Strat you've got there is worth ten of them Ibanez things"

LMAO !!!!

You can please some of the people some of the time.......
