Does anyone Remember?

Back in the day....... There was a song done and all the big guitarists of the day played pieces of the solo; in fact the song credits would list which player played which part and even give the timeline they played it at.

I think two guys that played on it were Eddie Van Halen and Joe Satriani that I remember for sure.

Maybe check out the Alice Cooper - Hey Stoopid album. Famous shred heads galore across all songs....

Even has Vai vs. Satriani in a song called Feed My Frankenstein.

Are you thinking of Spinal Tap's track 'Break Like The Wind,' which had solos by Steve Lukather, Slash, Joe Satriani and Jeff Beck?
