Dream band?

If you could have a band in any genre with any musicians, who would you choose?

I would have

Vocals: David Bowie
Lead Guitar: Satriani
Rytham: Dino Cazares
Bass: Marcus Miller
Drums: Dwain Chambers

in a prog rock style

Devin Townsend - Vocals
Steve Vai - Guitars
Mike Keneally - Piano
Victor Wooten - Bass
Mike Mangini - Drums

I would do anything to see that happen. I would love to see a real group effort as far as the songwriting. Steven Tyler would also be cool on vocals...

I'd love to see Vai team up with Incubus. I just think it would be sweet. Seriously tho, Incubus is one of my dream bands, they're all great on their instruments, and they work so amazingly well together.

Here's mine:

Mike Matijevic (Steelheart) -- Vocals
George Lynch -- Guitar
Zakk Wylde -- Guitar
Jon Schaffer (Iced Earth) -- Guitar
Kip Winger (don't laugh, the guy is GOOD) -- Bass
Tommy Aldridge -- Drums

If this could happen and I could see it, I could die happy.

Elvis Presley on Tuba,

Dwayne Eddie on Kazoo

Eddie Van Halen on the Jug Bass

Yngwie Malmsteen playing Washboard

Robert Fripp on the theremin ( you know he can pull a whack vibe )

Steve Martin on Banjo ( He's a natural)

Paul Gilbert on String bass ( you know the upside down tub with the broom handle and a string? )

Ferris Bueller on Clarinet...Mmm... Maybe not.... He needs at least ONE lesson.

Steve Vai: Beat-boxing

and me on lead guitar.

Oh yeah, Tori Amos on Vox

We'd play Zep, Theater, Bob Marley, and Paganinni.
with the occasional YES tune ROUNDABOUT !

Imagine P.G. crankin out the bass line on that !
and the languid floopy floting vox of Tori...

HEY.... It could happen....
