Going to see UFO

I've always been a big fan of UFO, and I'm finally going to get to see the remnants next week in Nashville (even though Schenker isn't playing with them). But hey, I get to see Vinnie Moore!

Vinnie Moore was a very big influence on me back in the day.

You do have good taste in music Wade!!! Good for you! I am seeing them this Saturday at the House of Blues!

I have seen UFO with Schenker a couple of times and it was unreal! but let me tell you... even though Vinnie isn't Schenker he does justice to his solos very well and pretty much plays them to the note, you will enjoy it!!!

I don't think you'll be disapppointed. I saw them last year in the UK with Vinnie and they were superb.

My one big regret is that I only ever saw them back in the late 70's (I think) with Paul Chapman and never with Schenker. Mind you I did see MSG about 6 times so it's not as if I didn't see the great man in his heyday.

I know I'm out of it, but Vinnie Moore is in UFO? I saw Micheal Schenker about ten years ago and Vinnie Moore was on the bill that night also. Funny how things turn.

Nice! Too bad Nashville always gets the "middle of the week" concerts, causing me to have to miss school and my dad (who is a huge UFO fan) to miss work. But it will be worth it I hope!

cool man, i will be going to see them when they come to dallas. that will be a very busy guitar weekend for me, as the guitar show and an andy timmons show will be going on simultaneously!

Yeah, I'm in high school. Not meaning to sound pretentious, but I'm fortunate enough to go to a college prep school, so the academic work here is really demanding/rigorous if you care about doing well.
