Greg Koch clinic

My husband and I took our friend's son (13) to see Greg Koch last night. He was doing a Hal Leonard clinic at the store my husband works at. It was great fun. He's from Milwaukee, as is my husband, and it turns out that Greg used to work with my brother-in-law. The Fender rep. who was there knows the brother-in-law as well, so they were telling us some good stories (before the clinic).
The guy is crazy, funny, and really, really tall. I don't play much these days (2 year old daughter), but it was fun. Mikey (the kid we took) was VERY inspired, even though it wasn't the type of music he's into (Slipknot, Korn....)

It's always very inspiring to experience stuff like that. I haven't heard much of Greg Koch's work though, but since you say he's a nice guy, I will look into his music!

I have been to a Greg Koch clinic in Stockholm, Sweden.
He was very interesting. I bough his CD "The Grip!"
which is quite eclectic.

I went to a clinic Greg did in Gothenburg, Sweden, two years ago and I was totally blown away. The man has got a ton of humor and he plays guitar quite well... understatement of the year.

I've got three CD of his. They're all smokin'! Go buy 'em.. NOW!!! I said: NOW!
