Malmsteen's version is called Icarus Dream Suite, but I'm pretty sure it's "Adagio in G" by Tomaso Albinoni, or simply just "Adagio" (can't remember)

Thanks! I've always wondered what that little ditty was. This is from Live in Leningrad, I believe, but he still throws that in at some point in his live shows now.
