It's official, Extreme are back together!

Just discovered Extreme are back together and there will be a new album and world tour.How cool is that!
I know there have been rumours this will happen,but now it really is happening.

I'll be interested in hearing what they put togther and maybe seeing them when they come around. Will all the original guys be back?

Too bad none of Nuno's projects worked out. I liked Drama Gods and even got to see Population One perform at a NAMM show - they kicked ass. Hopefully Nuno will be bringing some of the cool stuff from his side projects with him ("Back up with your Megaton!").

They've lost their original drummer,I think they have the Dramagods drummer now.
I liked Dramagods alot,as you said it's a shame they didn't work out

They have always had two great singers.

I really thought they were going to be the next Van Halen back in the 90s and then to my suprise Gary joined VH for a short stint.

I'm looking forward to it. They are very talented. Gary and Nuno have performed together MANY times since the official break-up of Exptreme. Gary was actually at the NAMM show I spoke of and they played a few Extreme tunes and rocked the schit out of them and Nuno actually got onstage with the lead singer of Yes and sung a little bit (I've Seen All Good People) acousticly. Great memories

I knew they'd get rid of the drummer...they always hated him - i think the only reason he lasted as long as he did was because he owned the name.

They hated the drummer? I saw them in 1990 or 91.The drummer seemed like a really fun guy.Was it because he had short hair?!

Hopefully "world tour" means not just the US and they come to the UK.
