Joe Satriani - Ellipsis

I got a copy of this song, and I sort of like it. I'm not sure if it's a legitimate Joe Satriani song, but it has a very Satriani-ish electric guitar with a jazzy clean guitar on top of it. I can't really tell if the clean guitar is Satch or not, but I'm leaning toward it not being him.

Anyone have some info on this track?

The song is by Pat Martino, I played it for my senior recital in college. Satch is the distorted and reverby delayed clean rhythms on the 2nd half. Great cd, Pat Martino did a lot of duets...Les Paul, Kevin Eubanks, Satch...hope this helps!

I have a 'jazzer' buddy, so I did the Satch parts and he did the Martino parts. My brother played some shaker and we had a jazz tune!
