Montreal Based Teachers

I am looking for a Montreal based metal guitar teacher

If you are or know one, please post info about yourself (or the person you know).

My current teacher told me I should find someone else, since my primary interests are Metal and Prog and he was more of a classical/jazz teacher and coulden't teach me much in that genre. He was an extremely good teacher, but I always was fixed on shred.

Hmm, ok, I don't know how helpful this is but I found this by browsing through my univerity classifieds:

Want to improve your shredding technique?

I offer electric guitar lessons for those who want to improve their technique. I have taken lessons from the famous virtuosos Patrick Rondat in France and Mattias Ia Ekhlundh in Sweden and I have been studying extensively the newest techniques in electric guitar such as sweeping, 8 finger tapping, 4 notes per string scales, and legato. Call or e-mail if interested.
Olivier Marichalar
I'm posting it here since the classifieds are open to the public, so I don't think I'm breaking any rules...I don't know how good the guy is, or if he's a good teacher, but you might want to give him a call...I'll PM you his email and phone number...
