need name for a band

So i have some names already but i am not sure of them. We play mostly rock (no shredding) like foo fighters, audioslave, metallica, etc. Please post your ideas!

Re: need name for a band

Rather than impurifire, how about purifire? Simpler is better I think...

Re: need name for a band

Also rather than Dark Summer, I would replace the Dark with another word. One that is stronger, has more weight. Even 'Black' would be better. Black Summer. What if Black Sabbath were Dark Sabbath? See it just isn't as strong. I'm sure you can look in a dictionary and find synonyms for dark. Or read a book where you'd find such a word and take the word out of it that you like.

Re: need name for a band

Want a band name? I got a great side for finding one...

....www.dictionary.com

go there and do this..

ghkjhkns

Just type in a bunch of random letters and look at the alternate suggestions it gives you. Look for one that you think will work and check what it means. If you're looking for your band name to start with an R (for example) then type R then gcjkhg. Kepp doing that over and over til you find something you like.

I personally dont like any of your choices for a band name. They are too obvious. I mean, not to be rude but, dark summer? angel fire? impurity? These are all predictable band names, meant to sound...I dunno, deep or something. But they all sound the same to me. They are right up there with "Good Charlotte" or "Nevermore" or the likes.

Just my opinion.

Re: need name for a band

i like the band name "thalidomide"
people might think ur mocking the condition though even though naming a band after it and playing the best music you can should be seen as crediting it.......
