New look at www.satriani.com

Finally some updates and a fresh new look to the site at www.satriani.com. Can't wait to hear the new CD! This month's Guitar Player features an in-depth interview with Joe previewing the tracks.

Yeah, great new look. Lets hope they put an up to date guitar gallery in.

The April edition of Guitar player is out here in the UK on Wednesday, got mine on order.

Looking forward to the new release, some wacky titles in there, 'GNAAHH' to open up and ZZ appears on the album too.
Must be cool to have your son play on one of your albums. I bet Joe feels ten feet tall.

With this and G3 in June it's gonna be a good couple of months here in blighty!

How old is ZZ now? He must be like 14 years old or something, right? I wonder what it's like to have a guitar icon as a dad?

There should be a Mini-Me G3..... ZZ, Remy Petrucci, and Vai's oldest (can't remember his name).

Ha! Ha!

Yeah, that would be cool! Maybe the Three G's could be the backing band!

Why do they tease us by saying "Tracklisting and Samples" or whatever and then not have samples??

I thought the site and album artwork both looked pretty uninspired and unoriginal. Hopefully the music is better.

I think ZZ did a pretty good job designing the artwork for the CD and the subsequent website artwork. Not bad for a kid with no advanced qualifications and living with the name Satriani.

again, I think he did a f*ckin good job

i could care less about how his website looks (it doesn't look great - never has) but more importantly lets hope his album is better than his last few studio releases ...glen

He didn't design anything. He's credited on the new album page with "illustrations", which i assume are the child-like scribbles over top of the photo of Joe on the main page, and the blurry ones in the background.

And i think living with the first name "ZZ" is more of a curse than the last name "Satriani".

I wonder what Joe's paying those guys to take screenshots of Apple's site and invert the colours.

A little reminiscent of the Crystal Planet cover, just, well, weirder. I'll take that as a good sign, I absolutely love that album.
