You shouldn't have any difficulty playing as it's region free which means it'll play in any equipment - all players are capable of playing NTSC too nowadays as it tends to be software only and all software is designed to play worldwide in any format - region encoding is the only restriction if enabled on the disk (which it's not on this one)

If anyone has it or have seen it...can you please write a few words about it?
Is there any new stuff and am I missing something with it?
I have all previously published PG guitar instructional videos and I am very interested in this one...
cheers

How long does S&H take? I'm thinking about ordering this and Snowball of Doom from the same site. It's the only place I've been able to find SOD, other than ****.

It shipped yesterday, so I will post when it gets here. They gave me a tracking number, but it only tells me when it left Tokyo.

Re: New Paul Gilbert DVD GOOMY Instruction DVD
Ok, the DVD showed up Saturday, so that is some fast shipping. I have only watched about half of the first disc so far, but it is typical
Paul Gilbert
(that is a good thing).

Re: New Paul Gilbert DVD GOOMY Instruction DVD
watched the whole first DVD! its great! not your typical guitar instructional.. very Paul Gilbert.. its more like you went to his house for a jam! very casual very cool! lots of live footage on the first DVD too from a couple of different gigs ...
excellent DVD.. doesnt come with a tab booklet but I dont think it needs one as Paul goes through most of the chops quite slowly and the camera work looks to be pretty clear!
Highly recommend to anyone!

No, that's a pretty old video. I laugh every time I see that video, especially when he says "At night the neighbors can see in, the don't really know what's going on. Most of them don't have pterodactyls."

Re: New Paul Gilbert DVD GOOMY Instruction DVD
I'm really trying to resist the urge to buy this. Looks like an official USA release will happen in early April, but may not include the bonus live footage. Decisions, decisions...

Re: New Paul Gilbert DVD GOOMY Instruction DVD
DVD arrived the other day. Excellent and more like 'a day in Paul's studio' rather than a straight tuition video.
Worth it just for the human capo (in the studio and live)
