Yes I have a whole cabinet of guitar tools lol and you thought you were a guitar geek lol. I may not be missing my soldering iron, but the digital caliper has gone missing You shouldn't keep your steel wool next to the Dimarzio's!

not dimarzio's dude, they are the "replaced" pups, (V7's and stuff) but your point is well made... shouldnt do it anyway ! at least my clearcoat cleaning rag isnt next to the steel wool

I also like the "organised" theory !

I only have 2 toolboxes - one for general stuff and one specifically for pickup stuff. But then I have a few of those multi-pocket organizer cases, too, and several drawers full of tools... I need a rollaround.

<----<< Geek!

Guilty as charged.

I've got a leather laptop bag, full of tools, meters, spare cables, flashlights, strings, a tuner, sharpies and my music binder. Then there is my Fender briefcase full of Switchcraft plugs, small bits of cable and my soldering rig. A second briefcase is storing an unused Nady UHF wireless unit. Next up is a salesman's catalog case, full of pedals, microphones, spare bridges, and spare pickups. Last, but not least is a Plano fishing lure box, full of knobs, strap buttons, pickup covers, trem arms, screws, polish, etc... Hey, has anyone seen my GameBoy tote that has my Pandora and stereo cables? Last time I saw it, it was on top of the Fender Vibro Champ...

I only take the leather bag to gigs, so a nice tool chest and cabinet would be more convenient to hold all the other crap I've accumulated over the past 35 years.

I converted a dresser to parts and supplies over-flow along with the cabinet that my amp sits on that has about 45 pickups, cleaning rags and polish and stuff like that. My small yet over-flowing tool box sits on my second desk that is used to do guitar repairs.

Guilty, 'cept i use a few old shoeboxes. That way everything is seperate and i save a bit of cash into the bargain.

I've got an entire box filled with crappy old ibanez pick ups and knackered switches. Nothing as fancy as digital callipers though.

I'm spoiling myself with one of these baby's,lol.

It's intended to be used as a pedal-box/carrying-case but you can remove the pedal cut-out former thingy and use it for all of your tools and nice Ibanez bits and pieces. It'll look super-slick alongside an MC100-type hardcase too!

I managed to score one for £19 brand-new so i couldn't not have it at that price.
