Serioues, I haven't ever heard of this guy. This is like modern Cacophony in my opinion.

No power metal bashing please, just check the two guitarists out!

one thing though, is that a video of the actual recording? or did they record it ahead of time, then just have them all play silently along to it afterwards to shoot the video?

It's a music video =) All are "lip synced" or "air guitared". The song is from their new studio album.

Pfft, its just really simple licks played really fast with really bad tone. You wanna see some real insane licks played really fast with bad tone, check out Rusty Cooley.

Agreed he has great technique but after a few minutes it gets very tedious with the constant speed and whammy pedal noises .. i read an article with him saying 'the faster the music, the more melodic', someone needs to remind this man playing the guitar at 1000 mph doesn't sound remotley melodic ..

There's so many better power metal guitarists out there, these 2 players are technically good but are nothing new or unique, i've seen them live .. and they were very sloppy and really nothing to brag about. I don't find Dragonforce refreshing or new, if anything they sound like a parody and complete cliche of power metal.
