One reason you have to vote for this man

If this thread is too political, then kill it by all means, but I've just discovered the most compelling reason to kick out GW:

Yes, I'm that shallow. Policies, shmolicies, get the Led out baby!

lol yeah, he looks kinda unfamiliar with the guitar, so I think he does not play.

I was wondered to see how Billy Sheehan wears his strap.

Yes he plays. This pic was taken from a rally where he whipped out Johnny B. Goode. (not a joke!)

Man, if a prez played a Jem, my pathetic and hollow life would be complete.

Kerry played bass on the original record "The Electras" from 1962. A well known band. They actually played in Norway, as Kerrys father worked at the American embassy in Norway.

"Love me Fender..."

Kerry and John Lennon.

I find it extremely pathetic how these guys (from every political side!) do things like that....that same FAKE smile everywhere.

To survive in politics, one needs to be able to fake a lot of things.

tony blair went to a school and jammed on a guitar with some pupils, he also used to be in a rock band.
doesn't mean he's not a complete 'tard

but I'll take a complete tard with a guitar over one without any day.

I think the most embarrassing part about the Clinton fiasco was how much attention the american media gave it- his administration was pretty solid in any other regard, IMO. I'd LOVE to have a good discussion about that, but I'm biting my tongue because it'll just deteriorate into a flame war, and hell, the man's been out of office for four years, it doesn't matter anymore.

but yeah, Kerry's a classical guitarist- probably why he looks a little awkward with a strat. Never ehard him play, but I'd love to.
