Hey folks, we're really fortunate this year to land a big fish! Mr. Gilberto will be joining us on the last day of our 4 day to workshop (July 16-19) to teach a Master Class and then do a performance clinic that evening. During the Master Class, students will have a chance to jam with PG and then receive some advice on their playing. The class will be capped at 30 students and we're not 100% sure he can get everybody up to play due to time constraints, but the opportunity is there for most to do so.
So it's a day with PG and we're thrilled to have him do this. I began talking to him 4 years ago about doing a workshop, so with all the scheduling conflicts etc., these things can take time to happen and may not happen again for a long time.
The rest of the workshop will be jammed with classes and clinics taught by RMA staff and Chris Ptacek from the Plainfield School of Music in Chicago.
