Message from Jason Slater:
So, here’s the big S.R.C. news: On Feb 26 Tobey quit
S.R.C., no big fight no big dramatic scene, she just
wants to start her own band. Our musical tastes are
quite different and she wants to strike out on her own
and make **** happen for herself, run her own show
etc. I was bummed that she quit, but it’s not as
though we wont be working together anymore. I’ll be
doing some production on her new project when it’s
ready as well as some songwriting. I’m sure her new
stuff will be great and I wish her the best of luck. I
know she will do well. As far as S.R.C. goes, we have
brought in Martina Axen (former drummer of DRAIN
S.T.H.) to sing. We played 4 shows and they were
great.
