Steve loves to give gifts, everytime we put one of his CD's in our players, go to his concert, or hear him on the radio, or see a performance on TV, he shares his gifts with us all.

Ya see, if we are nice, we can receive the depth of emotion reflecting through his music, and receive his gift. If we are not nice, we miss the boat, were to blind to see and two shallow to receive.

Re: Steve himself

Mr Steve Vai, you are without doubt one of the most influential guitarists ever. If you ever read this I just got Reflections;Real Illusions. Well Done. Really, Lotus Feet is one of the finest songs you ever wrote. It could be as good as For the Love of God. That song is like a cross between Santana's emotion, Page's incredible arrangement and the technique of a master guitarist such as Beck. Remember that this is the stuff that changes guitarists lives. Keep up the good work.

Re: Steve himself

I was stating that Vai seems to take the best parts of his influences and blends them and gets something other than fertiliser. And then he sticks in his own unique style. The man is amazing.
