Hi Steve, I must say it is really nice to see you here. I know with your schedule to not expect you to pop in often, but as you can tell, just your presence excites the members here so anytime you find the time to say something it is MOST welcome!! I'm sure we'll all be excited when your latest projects are released, and we can't wait so if the choice is between surfing here an hour or laying down a sweet grove, GO TO WORK

[I want ***** for my birthday too, I just can't deal with choking up the hairballs, they gag me]

BTW, please understand the posts not believing it's you, "you" are all over the net as pranksters pretend, it's a self defence mechanism to question first

Tony, strange twist on a Baltimore delicacy?

Hey Steve... I was wondering... I visited your site about a year ago and checked out some of your lessons on the little black dots section.. Will there be any future lessons(besides from the music-books) or maybe even a instructional video for release or something.. are you even considering that sort of thing ? im sure everybody would really love that..

this is as sad as it is true.

anyone who can call themselves a real steve vai fan would know, I think. anyone who has read all steve's interviews, who has enjoyed on many occasions the secret within the jewel box, anyone who as a kid who couldn't afford a 550 played their vinyl copy of flex-able until it wore out and spoke in hushed terms about the fabled "leftovers" album back in 1991, anyone who calls the intro notes to the P&W tab book a more enjoyable read than most novels...

you get the picture.

read the words, but ultimately, hear the voice.

Steve, you are the man. Did you know that?!
You've been my inspiration since I was a small kid, and your music holds a special place in my heart.
I wasn't sure at first if it was you, but something tells me this post is for real.....I speak for all of us....we are honored to have you around, and we hope to hear from you often!

GASP!
CHEERS TO YOU!!!!

Hey there! If you've looked around the site for even two seconds I'm sure you've seen my name (I'm notoriously known for my number of posts Just below Rich (whom you've met) and Mr. Jemsite himself). Just thought I'd pop in here to say that your music has been an inspiration in creativity and not fitting into the mould. And I love the UV series. Can't wait to see you pick one up again. The new album sounds like it's gonna be great, can't hardly wait!! See ya 'round I hope.
