Like everyone here I would love to say Thank you to you Steve Vai. Far out how much does this mean to all us fans, to hear from the inspiration himself.

You have changed all of our lives otherwise we would not be here.

Thank you :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

This is just too funny!
Only a couple of days ago I read an "old" (Ultra Zone) interview with Steve where he says he's got plans for a musical. Next thing you know, you have Himself confirming it on our favourite forum!
Words can't describe the mirth emanating from my heart

Well a most cordial welsh welcome Dr Vai.
Hope you like our little home on the web!

Typical that I am PC free for three days and this happens eh? Though I am sure that people will pay more attention to the "browsing this forum" thingy at the top as they wander through!

Re: the musical. Would this be the one mentioned on the Flex-Able liner notes for "Next stop earth" - Musical...Space Opera are we on the same page people.

And can we expect to see this thing played out? On Broadway? When it comes over to London...if you need an engineer... LOL (seriously though folks!)

Thank you Steve for the informative message and for all the work you do to fill our lives with wonderful music! It was a surprise and a delight to read this, and I hope you come around again.

Now, did you discover Jemsite just like I did, by running a Google search for "loose tremelo arm holder?"

I suppose that I should chime in with a welcome message and all, but there's not much to say that hasn't been said at this stage, other than perhaps... Steve joined on my birthday , and coincidentally the last time I got to see him in concert was on his birthday !?!?! Freaky huh?

Welcome, Steve.

I for one totally appreciate you taking the time and coming here to post all that cool info, especially knowing how busy you must be.
Still, when you have some spare net time post a little something because you can be sure of one thing.

It'll make our day.

Thank you for all the MUSIC.

Thank you.

Just bought my first Jem (7DBK - none blacker!) this year and consequently started learning and enjoying guitar again. P & W was a big influence on me but one I thought I'd never be able to emulate so I turned away. 10 years later and the hard work has really started - maybe I am too late but I am sure having fun trying!

Thanks and welcome home!

Andy

Welcome High Priest of guitar!!!

This is so cool!!

After I saw you in the "Fool for you loving" video with whitesnake in '89,
I just had to start playing guitar.
I've played for hours every day ever since!!! (Not yet with the guitar laying on the floor though).

You are the inspiration!!
