Years ago I had a sweet young thing come into my store ,she flat out shredded my face off then insisted that "I" give her lessons.
Seems she made a point to learn all the Guitar World Lesson licks( circa 1988-92) but had no idea why she was playing them.
Needless to say my fiance` had a fit and I only gave her 1 half hour lesson for $20 in 92 or 93(that was premium then)

funny part is I'm still not sure why she thought I was worthy to teach her cuz she smoked.
