The new Shadows Fall album really kicks ass. There are some great tracks both rythmically and melodically. Shadows Fall has the type of "melodic metal" style most metal bands lack these days. Go check out this album if you haven't and plus it comes with a free DVD at the store where i bought it.

Shadow's Fall is pretty damn good. Seems to be inspired by old school thrash like old Metallica, Testament(Low era), and Exodus, as well as the more modern Euro Melodic metal like Soilwork and old In Flames.

I like them, though they can sound sort of generic in some places.

(On a side note, not a fan of KSE, they're getting too much 'hardcore' influenced for me.)
