Trying to remember a video...

I am trying to remember an instructional video that I had when I was very young. All I can remember is the guy was British and played an Ibanez like this one.

I know I have seen a video with some poofy haired 80's guy in front of some cheesy colored screen background playing metal with a guitar just like that...

I cannot remember who it was though. I believe it was an old REH video. This is driving me nuts as I cannot find a full REH catalog online anywhere with cover pictures.

This guys was fairly respectable looking. The guitar didn't fit him. One of the vids has this laaaaame segment where a guy was playing a harpsichord dressed in clothing from the era. and the dude walks in soloing and the harp player covers his ears. So lame. So funny now though.
