Anybody know when Yngwie's new album is coming out????
I've asked the local record stores and nobody knows nuttin.......

I read a review saying it's the HEAVIEST he's ever done!!!

The album is out japan at the moment and has been since february. No release dates for Europe or the US have been mentioned yet. You can get the album at amazon (40 $) or try that auction site

I have seen it on **** a few times, and have been very tempted. It looks like I may have to order it from Japan actually. I dont think there will ever be a UK release. I really like the sound of it though, and the reviews have been good. I am liking the "heavy" rumours too, "heavy" is always a good thing! It looks like it will be worth its money too, what with 18 tracks on it.

I´ve listened to it a few time (my brother bought the imported version $50, ouch)
and I really like it! Great songs, great performance and production.
I´m gonna buy it myself as soon as it´s released here for a little less than $50...
And I´m gonna see him live in Stockholm, June 9.
If I can get tickets...\m/

I am going to see him too actually, I cannot wait. He hardly ever comes to the UK, but he is playing the Hammersmith Apollo on May 30. I just couldnt resist. I have wanted to see him for ages, and never thought I would get a chance in the UK.

Yup. The really cool thing is that Yngwie even laughs at himself on this one.
He was totally trashed and verbally gave it to her on the plane- and now he's made it the title of his latest CD....man, I almost wet my pants when I heard it the first time. Those fookin swedes..........:^)

That is funny,,, what a jackass! I mean I can understand being pissed and all,,,but then I think about all the other poor bastards that paid for 1st class that are subjected to the "Fookin' fury of the large Swedish man in row 3 ". LOL. Don't get me wrong I love Yngwie's music ( for the most part ) but he is sort of a "Princess".
