Vote for Satch for NJ Devils NHL goalsong (song played after a goal)

Here is something cool my sis emailed me... the NJ Devils (that is NHL hockey for those misfortunate folks reading) are choosing a new GOAL CELEBRATION song to be played at the arena whenever the Devils (home team) scores a goal and the crowd celebrates.

Anyways, Satch is up for nomination and any votes you guys can help get would be great. It would be cool to have Satch as the "celebration" song after each goal

VOTE HERE FOR SATRIANI
http://www.newjerseydevils.com/2005/...song/index.php

As some of you might know, the Devils like many NHL teams used to play History of Rock and Roll which was pulled as the performer Gary Glitter is a convicted pedophile

Spread the word if you visit Satch fan sites. Now we can have the best hockey team and hear Satch after the goals... glen

Actually.....I thought I'd vote for Barbara Streisand (jk)

Well...I'm really not a big hockey fan and I don't reside in NJ, but anything to help promote satch

I think they would have fun yelling the Crowd Chant

One vote for the Satch man!

Now...if you can just get them to score a goal

Lol...

Odd that it was "Memories" too.

Like......wow, we scored a goal. The last time we scored a goal is just a distant memory

I don't care what anybody says Crowd Chant is a cool fun tune.

I'd vote for Satch as US president - he's gotta be better than that f***wit George W.

There are two things I NEVER talk about anywhere.

Religion and politics. Too many different views and opinions and it always makes for a pointless nasty agrument.

I know what I beleive in and I know MY views and that's all that matters to me!

How's that for an answer

BTW - If it makes you feel any better, I'd vote Satch for President as well

Re: Vote for Satch for NJ Devils NHL goalsong (song played after a goal)

i think satch has an actual chance here...

from what i'm told the zombie nation "wa-hoo" song they're playing now has generated complaints - people expected the old song - so that might cost it alot of votes and it's probably one of the better choices. a couple of people around here picked the satch song and thought it's the best choice and pretty good for post-goal (no they're not satriani fans) ...glen
