His techinique is incredible... just jaw dropping incredible... and he was such a nice guy to boot...

I wish I found his music more to my taste... all I hear is bad midi elevator/early-90s-computer-game music... it really grates on me

Ahhh.... Shawn, Who can get tired of his compositions even though they're 15 years old. Powers Of Ten certainly made a huge musical statement in 1992.

Hehehe, I have a lesson with the master's former tech and best friend in about three hours. I love sitting in the lobby and just watching non-stop Shawn footage on the TV before the lessons.

Shawn Lane is definately one of my favorite guitarsts of all time. His playing was so emotional, I can feel it everytime I hear his playing. Same as Becker, it is a weird overwelming feeling, because the sh!t is that good.
