Wes Borland Back In Bizkit

Yep, Wes Borland, despite complaints from fans, appears to have returned to Limp Bizkit (er...limpbizkit...or...whatever they're called now). You can see pics of him jamming with the band on a nice Rickenbacker with some really nice gear he's picked up since he left the first time.

(no word yet on what this means for his solo album, Eat The Day, Big Dumb Face, or any other projects he was "working on")

Bummer. I was really hoping Wes would do some cool things on his own.
Atleast I was able to get some instrumental Eat The Day while that project was still going.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add... Rickenbacker... bleh *shudder*

Yea, the only Rickenbacker I'd ever get is a 12-string, and that's cuz of The Tea Party

Yea, I've got those instrumental demos from Eat The Day too (both the short, newer clips and the older, longer versions). I really wish they had found a singer.

GREAT now Fred and the boyz can bring da PAIN and relive the spirit of MTV Spring Break '95!

I am so glad they helped popularize the use of rap in metal.

The ONLY redeeming quality about LB is/was Wes. Even with the return of Wes, I don't think he can dig LB out of the grave that Fred has dug for them. A little too late.

Yea, Fred's the only thing I don't like in Limp Bizkit, and even then I didn't mind him as much on the first two albums. The rest of the band is great, IMHO.

If this is a true return to the band, I'm pleased to hear it

I really have enjoyed songs off of each of LB's records with Wes, so I'm looking forward to hearing the next stuff that they do

I noticed he's brought his synths and all his gear he picked up while working on Eat The Day and everything else since he left the first time, hopefully this means some of what he's been doing in the last few years will rub off on them.

Not such a LB fan, but I agree- Wes at least made them listenable. Who knows.. at least their new stuff will be musically more interesting than what they were doing when durst was playing guitar...

That's great news. Significant Other really rocked and I always thouhgt Wes was the soul of the band. Fred Durst is just a poser .

These guys were my first step in going out from Hip-Hop to Metal and I can't thank God enough for that happening . I probably wouldnt be playing guitar now if it wasn't for them now that I think about it...
