Whitesnake - Good to be bad
I've got the new Whitesnake album off iTunes - Cool stuff !!!
Coverdale's voice sounds fantastic and
Doug Aldrich
makes me want to go out and buy a Les Paul!!!
Make sure you check it out

Re: Whitesnake - Good to be bad
I've pre-ordered it and I guess it'll arrive next week. Saw them live a few weeks ago and the new stuff really held up to the old material. It's a testament to how cool and memorable the new stuff is that the crowd was singing along after the first chorus of each of the new songs.

Re: Whitesnake - Good to be bad
Its very well recorded. Reminds me of SOTT but a much more open and aggressive. The songs will remind you of the heights of 80s and early 90s rock.

Re: Whitesnake - Good to be bad
great album very 1987/coverdale page vibe to me, but better consistency of tunes than coverdale page album. even the blues tinged tunes that sound traditional very very old school blues (and your thinking on no!) turn into kick as tunes. there isnt a song on the album that i dont love.

What! I cannot find it on iTunes. I guess it won't be on until it is released here in the States on Tuesday.

Re: Whitesnake - Good to be bad
OK, sick of it now.
I like the guitar tone and the drums a lot. The riffage is reminiscent of Sykes era Whitesnake.
