1996 PGM 500CA

Hi all, I have a '96 PGM500CA for sale. It has been refret w/ stainless steel frets but is otherwise original. The owner before me thought he'd try his hand at scalloping the fretboard (I have NO idea what he was thinking...) but luckily tried at the 13th fret, figured out he had no clue and stopped there (see pic). It's not very deep and never really bothered me. Other than that it has 3 or 4 small dings the size of a pencil lead give or take and looks great. One can be seen on the tip of the headstock. It also has a pretty good buzz on the G and B strings when you bend @ the 15th fret. I haven't had it to a luthier to see if it can be adjusted out so it could be an easy fix I just want to be up front about it. Taking into account that it is not a mint guitar I'm looking for $750.00 Paypal'd and shipped in the CONUS o.b.o.
