'99 Ibanez Rg 520 QS Mahogany/Sapele Top
It's been a good friend but it's time for it to move on. The guitar is 8.0/10. It has the 'stress' cracks but they don't affect the playability, it has a small chip on the lower horn, light pick swirls, few scratches on the back. I can't find the back plate for it But I have the trem arm and the allen wrench. I'll also throw in a leather strap and a nice gig bag with it.
The instrument plays phenomenal for its age, super straight neck, plenty of meat left from the jumbo frets, amazing wood combo (mahogany/sapele) matched with solid piece maple with a bubinga stripe in it, great tone even with the stock pickups, no corrosion anywhere, no pitting, no crack where the the nut studs are!
I love the tone out of it but a Custom is arriving soon so I need the cash otherwise I'd never sell it. This to me is N2 best sounding ibanez after the J Custom (which is very close to this if you don't count the upgraded pickups). I am asking $450 ono (or nearest offer). I have referrals and plenty of experience for you to be confident that it'll be handled properly and shipped to your doorstep in the same condition as described. Pictures upon request.
