Item for sale:1988 Ibanez 540Pro Transitional model
Description & Condition: Mint condition, burgundy red metallic, shark fins, fully bound neck and headstock, 22 frets,
rosewood board, Bensalem neckplate with serial # starting with 88, h/s/s, EMG85,SA,SA,5 way switch, low pro,
cosmo black hardware, came originally with a Ibanez factory backstop that is no longer with the guitar (it doesn't need it!!), pop in bar, SKB thinline hardshell case, original paperwork. This was made in 1988 only by H & S in Bensalem, PA using all parts from the Jem plant in Japan. It appeared in the 1988 catalog but I have never seen another one like it. It has the Saber body. This guitar is collectors grade condition.
