Wizard Neck With Bubinga Stripe Just Lets Your Fingers Glide All Over The Place. Pickups Are Standard, But Sound So Good That I Never Even Bothered Changing Them Out And When It Comes To The Bridge, It Doesn't Get Any Better Than The Ibanez Edge. The Last Time I Strung The Guitar Was In March And The Bridge Has Stayed In Tune Ever Since. I Play A Lot Of Satriani's Stuff So The Whammy Gets Used Quite A Bit, But ALWAYS Stays In Tune.
Now For The Custom Bit. I Paid $300 To Have The Original Finish Completely Stripped To The Bare Wood, Carnuba Waxed, Glazed And Then Coated In A Special Laquer. The Coating Is As Solid As A Rock And Is Probably The Reason The Guitar Is Immune To Scratches. I Then Had It Setup Professionally By A Guitar Tech So Playing Legato Is Effortless.
