Description & Condition:The item for sale is an 1998 Ibanez RG520QS in trans blue. Its in players condition with 3 chips and some minor scratches. The RG520 has the super wizard 3-piece (maple/bubinga/maple) neck which is very strong, has no cracks of warping, and is very thin and fast. It comes equiped with the
Ibanez EDGE tremolo system in cosmo black (very little wear, also has two brand new saddles) which is made in japan by gotoh and is one of the finest bridges manufactured by ibanez. The body is mahogany, giving it a nice weight and a warm smooth tone. This RG520 is equiped with the Zakk Wyle EMG Active pickup set (81 in the bridge, 85 in the neck) which is very quiet, has insane amounts of gain, is very versatile with the abilty to play anything from super fast shred to blues to
death metal.
Asking Price: I bought this guitar for $610 USD 6 months ago but since then ive have installed the EMGs ($319 USD) adn just had the guitar set up, intonated, action set adn frets dressed ($91) so total value is $1020 bu i would like to sell soon so i am selling for $749 USD ($271 USD off value). The guitar is absolutly beautiful, but i am selling so i can buy an Ibanez JPM (is anybody selling one of these? im interested in all models).
