FS 88' Strat Plus

Up for sale is a 88’ Strat Plus in Vintage White with an Alder body. When I got this guitar I loved it so much I had to get another Strat Plus. Originally it had a white pickguard, standard two point fender bridge, white knobs, and a Wilkinson Roller nut.

I got a Strat Plus Deluxe that had a Fender Floyd Rose with a LSR nut. The tuning stability of those two with the locking tuners are outta this world. I upgraded this two those specs. It has a new Fender Floyd Rose and LSR roller nut. I did have to replace the Wilkinson because it developed a burr on the B string that caused a “twang” when bending near the nut.

The only scratches on this guitar on the back near the trem cavity. They are so unnoticeable that I didn’t discover them until months after I had it. The Front is pristine with a few polish swirls if you call them that.

I am putting this Plus in the Strat Plus case that came with my Plus Deluxe. It is the better of the two. It is missing one foot but other than that it is in great shape. Also this guitar has Fender Schaller Strap Locks that are on a leather strap. Trem cover is not installed but is included. Also included are the Allen wrenches. The new Fender Floyds have an Allen Wrench on the end of the Pop-In Trem bar. That is another reason I upgraded this to a Fender Floyd is for the pop in arm. NO BUSHINGS tensions is adjusted by two Allen Screws.

As you can see in the pics it came with a plain white pickguard. If you prefer that look I can put the original back on if you wish along with the white knobs. That part is up to you. You can have it as it looks now or with plain white pickguard and white knobs.

This guitar is in excellent shape. I had the fret leveled, dressed, and polished when I got it. The Three Gold Lace Sensor pups give that vintage fender sound and along with the new upgrades you can go from wailing to crying sounds. If it were not for the various cosmetic issues with my other Plus I would get rid of that one. Both play and sound very good.

Couple of changes:

Free Shipping to the CONUS if bought outright. It will either be UPS or USPS. It will still be fully insured etc.

I will accpet other forms of payment like Personal Checks, Money Orders, etc. All of those have to clear before guitar will be Shipped.

I will consider trades for JS Models. The age of the guitar is not important but condition is. If you have one you would like to trade I would need to see pics. If you would like any more pictures of mine lemme know. I would prefer White or Blue but other colors will be considered. No JS100's please.

If we trade then the following condtions apply to the both of us. We will exchange home phone numbers and home addresses. All details regarding shipping of a trade will be worked out over the phone with them written in email format also so that we each have a record of our deal. Each of us will use the same shipper with each guitar being fully insured. Any and all other details must be agreed upon by the both of us.
