I purchased this beauty brand new about 5 months ago from Jason @ Drum City/Guitarland in Wheatridge, CO. Went and picked it out personally (I think it's the 25th guitar I've gotten from Jason over the years!)
It's a loaded EB/MM
John Petrucci model with all options (piezo, shield inlays, etc). This is the 2006 Limited Edition model which differs from the standard model in that it has GOLD hardware and comes with a custom case with green velvet lining. The
neck plate and case also have "2006 Limited Edition" on them.
This guitar is basically as-new. It's black, so there are a few VERY faint polishing swirls, but that's about it. You'd have to lok VERY closely to even see the swirls.
