Guitar goes with the original hardshell case and all the case candy. the plastic bag with the paperwork is still unpacked.

$5600 for the guitar shipped worldwide and insured. Shipping method as the buyers wants - DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT.....I shipped over 50 guitars worldwide in the last 8 years and never had any problems. Guitar will be packed in 50 layers of bublewrap before shipping.
