This guitar was in great condition until I had my JPM fall on top of it. The clear coat took some damage on the front side above the trem. You can see it in the first pictures here:

There is also some wear on the neck pick-up but it's quite minimal. That shows in the pictures as well.
Comes with trem arm, original Ibanez hardcase and certificate of authenticity.
