FS: Ibanez JS1200 - mint condition

Hey everyone, I bought this JS1200CA just about 2 years ago from Rich, and it's still perfect like the day it arrived - no fretwear, not a scratch. It plays perfectly. Not even any pick marks, since I generally use fingers. Never left the house, always stored in case, totally mint. The trem arm could be a little tighter - it swings back down when you let go of it. I never bothered to tighten it, because I rarely use it. Just to make note, there is a small shim in the neck pocket that has been there since I got it. See pic, the arrow is pointing to it.

I hate to do this, but I could use the cash, and I just don't have the need for a trem equipped guitar. And I had hopes of learning Satch/Vai type stuff, but I can't break from my slow, bluesy style...so I think I should sell to someone who can play it like it was designed for.

There will be brass shims in both sides on the pocket to pin the neck into correct string alignment.

Oh I see, thanks Rich. The shim in the other side isn't visible. And the neck is in perfect alignment.

The treble side shim pushes the very end of the neck [bass side] into the corner of the pocket. The shim at the end of the bass side pins the alignment. It leaves you with the cleanest looking pocket gaps and of course aids in keeping the neck aligned.
