I´m previous owner of the guitar as Chris bro says.. and I sell it to a guy in France. The pics of the guitar that "gibson2739" is using are from my guitar.. those are my pics and the coach at my home. Here you can check the add I placed when selling it:

I was in touch with the guy I sell the guitar after saw this post and he CONFIRM to me that he is still having it.. so he never sells to anybody at the moment. Also he told me some time ago he replaced the stock passive pickups with EMG .. so ... It could happen two things:
1- "gibson2739" took the pictures from the net obviously withouth permission and giving any explanation on the pictures post to clarify. I have no problems if any bro wants to use a picture or two of my guitars as reference but must be said obviously for the potential buyers, and some original pictures must be added later; but this is not what happened here. Also this is not the best example to post becuase guitar was modified, no booster and was placed a EQ as tone knob where booster was.. so it may result not really a similar guitar for what I said before.
2- "gibson2739" is a scammer
I don´t wanna fire somebody here but some GOOD explanation must be done just in case and some mod must be check it out all this.
