The Good: This is fairly rare J-Custom from back in the days when they only made a handful of each model. It has a nicely grained ash body, fatter radius neck, DiMarzio HFH pickups, Edge Lo-Pro... you can read all the specs here:

The Bad: low-to-moderate fretwear for a guitar of this age. Refinished body which didn't meet my expectations. Needs to be wired up. Everything is in place, just needs to be soldered. And I can't solder worth shiat.
The Full Story: I bought this from buddroyce about a year ago. It was a great guitar but had a lot of finish issues, and things like that keep me up at night. I stripped it back and had it refinished by a contact of Budds. Personally, I'm not all that jazzed with the end result. Maybe you will be, though. Or maybe you'll overlook that in favour of the great and rare guitar that it is. Or maybe you'll have more luck than I did in getting someone like EKG to refinish it for you. The Price: I'm looking for $800USD but will entertain offers. No trades. Contact me for pics via email. I have 100% feedback both on The 'Bay and Jemsite.
