Kustom Tube 12A amp with 8'' Celestion speaker $50
This little 12-watter uses a 12AX7 tube preamp and an 8" Celestion speaker to get warm clear amp tone. Controls include gain, low, high, volume with selectable Gain On and Frequency Shift functions. Headphone jack.
The gain is very bluesy similar to an aggressive Tube Screamer. It sounds like Classic rock not heavy metal sounding.
With the Volume at about 75% and the Gain switch disabled, the tube preamp will breakup naturally, much better tone than the solid state gain.
I love this little amp, but I don't play it any more.
