Just checking has anyone here bought this? as sent him the funds and a few days later says he sold it to someone else who paid him more...i must say...not impressed!

I thought I had a deal worked out with him, or very close to it, for a trade -- (a black Edge, Evolution pup...). We exchanged multiple emails and then he went silent and I never heard more. Hope you get your loot back.

Well What can I say - Add this guy to the "F***wit's scamming on Jemsite" List!

Paid him the money after Xmas - took him two weeks to let me know he sold it to someone else for a better price - claimed PAYPAL had issues with his account so he had trouble arranging my refund - did a claim through PAYPAL they - won the claim - but can't get my money because he wont reply to their communications.

Paypal say that if I bought it through E**y they would award me the refund automatically but as this was outside of E**y it does not have the same protection.

So Guys - this has happened to me twice now through Jemsite. Our friend at Legacy One, and now this guy!

buyer beware is an understatement - this will be my last visit to the Calssifieds section on Jemsite - these two f**ks have totally reuined it for me!

its a big risk buying from someone who's just joined the site.stick to the lads thats been here a long time for buying and selling,much safer
