FS: Pedalboard Flightcases

Hi,

I hope this is OK to use the site in this fashion as its for more than 1 item, mods I am sure will advise.

I have some old stock of pedalboard flightcases, and I am looking to sell them. I used to import them and distribute them, but they were too expensive to really take off, and the manufacturer (TMCases, or TourMaster Cases) stopped making them. I really believed in the product and sold them via the studio, but everyone local who wanted one, got one, they last forever and are a bit too "pro" for most people, in that they are built like a truck and so cost more than the home built options, or plastic options, or so forth, that you can buy cheaply on ****.

They are brand new, still boxed, plastic wrapped.

The format for all the models is the same:

- flight-case grade construction, using 3/8 inch Luan plyboard - most boards are 1/4 in ply or chipboard covered in carpet
- black ABS laminated
- extremely strong recessed latches
- 6-rivet corner braces (again, most retail boards are 3-rivet and the corners break off after bumps or hard use)
- extremely strong handle, sprung and rubber-clad for comfort

Each case contains 1 or 2 pedalboards. These are again the 3/8" Luan, carpet wrapped, and supplied with industrial grade velcro self-adhesive fastening for the bottom of your pedals. They have a strong metal carry handle, and mount inside the case with plenty of movable foam (again, not cheap stuff, this is good dense foam) which you can use to create storage compartments for cables, picks, strings and other accessories below the board. Some of them have metal L-bars that the boards slot onto if needed.

You can use the pedalboard in, or out of the flightcase, and it has feet on one side so it angles back towards you in use.

You can leave your pedals mounted on the board full time and cushioned in foam, or put them under the board bunched together in a foam compartment, and have storage either side.

There are 5 models:

PB-01: 30" x 20" x 6.5" - "the big one". Its got 1 internal pedalboard which is large, 29.5" x 19.5".

PB-02: 24" x 16" x 5.5" - "the small one". Its got one internal pedalboard which is 23.5" x 15.5" - still pretty large.

PB-03: 24" x 16" x 7.5" small with dual boards. This one the case splits in half when you open it, the hinges are the "breakapart" type. There are 2 pedalboards inside, with storage space below each, they rest on metal L-pieces. They can be used side by side, one above the other, either side of a mic stand, in or out of the case, so this can serve 2 guitar players.

PB-04: 30" x 20" x 6.5": large with 2-level pedalboard. This has the "big" pedalboard inside, mounted with anodised aluminium (I think, blue metal) tracks at the back. To this, a seperate, smaller board with approx 3.5" of space underneath mounts, so you have a higher tier at the back. Underneath is space for a 4-way power adaptor, a Voodoo II which is the largest power supply WILL fit underneath. The board slides to either side or centre on the tracks. Pretty nifty.

PB-05: the long thin one. Its 30" long but only 16" wide, good for a long row of boss pedals, or just for those who prefer not to have a 3D layout but just have all their effects in a long row.

Prices:

PB-01: Was £220 when I sold these retail, Jemsiter price £160
PB-02: Was £180, Jemsite price £140
PB-03: Was £200, Jemsiter price £140
PB-04: Was £240, Jemsiter price £160
PB-05: Was £190, Jemsiter price £140

Stock:

2 x PB01
1 x PB02
1 x PB03
2 x PB04
1 x PB05

Shipping & Paying:

I'll ship these for £10 using insured courier (Parceline) anywhere in the UK. EU shipping is going to run you approx £30 GBP I would guess. US Shipping is approx $100 I would guess. Maybe we can find a cheaper deal.

I can take PayPal (3% surcharge), Credit Card (1.5% surcharge), American Express (5% surcharge) or personal cheque or cash deposited to an HSBC account.

I need to get rid of these things, they are taking up space which I want to convert to a small studio room. I'll be listing them at the bay as well, for more than here.

They are really really good quality tough pedalboards that will last a lifetime, literally. I think they were a good deal, but the public didnt. A huge shame, but they might be right up the alley of some Jemsiters.

Thanks,

Jamie

No strings or accessories are included, just shown to illustrate usage. You will receive: flightcase, interior pedalboard, foam, velcro. All sizes are approximate. These are personal not business sales so aren't guaranteed or "on trial", they are sold as-is.
