FS: RG3120 (NE Ohio local...for now)

Hey Jemsite

http://cleveland.craigslist.org/msg/706601082.html

My brother's selling his RG3120 if anyone's interested. It's for sale locally for now, but I suppose it could be shipped if no one wants it. Any questions?

Re: FS: RG3120 (NE Ohio local...for now)

Tell him I'll buy it if he will ship it to Florida. Shipping is usually always $25-$35. Not very expensive.

I'm looking for an RG3120 that I can sand the body down and make it into an S Body (since they're already mahogany), so this would be perfect for that.

I don't check jemsite often, so email me at joshualogan[at]aol[dot]com

Thanks,
Josh

He says he's interested. I'll let you know if he can get things arranged.

if I had the funds right now I would buy this just to keep it from getting sanded down to make an s body???

Re: FS: RG3120 (NE Ohio local...for now)

Only thing I can think of is he wants an S with 24 frets and an Edge style tremolo rather than a ZR. Only thing is, it seems like if that is what he is going for, It would be easier to just get the Prestige S which already has 24 frets and get it re-routed for an Edge. Still would be a lot of work, but in comparison to completely sanding down the body into a different shape, it would probably be easier.

It also wouldn't ruin what is a pretty guitar in the first place, since the S body would already be the right shape.
