Hipshot Will Ray Helle-bender bridge with drop D lever: Installed for about a year on my Tele, and in excellent shape (no mounting hardware, though). I'm going whole hog and getting my Tele routed for a Parsons White bender, so the Hipshot is up for sale. The D lever has been removed, but it's not tough to reinstall... or you can send the unit back to Hipshot. $75
Neck plate from a Fender Mexican Tele: Like new. $5
Callaham stainless steel Tele control plate: I never used this since it doesn't match my
chrome hardware very well. $12
Brass compensated vintage style (3) Tele saddles: I switched to steel saddles for a brighter sound. These are tarnished, but fully functional. One saddle is slightly scored to make my B string sit better, but you can flip it over and you'd never see it. $27
Fender Japan Jazz Bass bridge: I'm sure these have changed over the years. This one has 5 mounting holes and came from an early-90s fretless Japanese Fender Jazz Bass. $10
