This is for a used black(vintage grill) Bogner 4x12 loaded with Celestion v-30s. I wish I could keep it, this cab is amazing. I A/B/Ced it with a
Mesa Recto Standard and Mesa Recto Oversized. Both
Mesa Cab had a little more overall bass. Otherwise, the Boger was more balanced, had tighter bass, sweeter top end, and super defined response. That's the part I'll miss most, because it really just felt like an extension of my picking nuance...felt more like an instrument than a speaker enclousre.
Some of the the tolex is coming off the front, and the casters arent in the best shape. But the wiring is sound, the speakers are fine, and the cabinet itself is is fine working order. If you want to retolex, strip down to bare wood or like the "vintage" look, this one's for you! Selling it because I'm broke and need a combo for the next few years.
