The Lesson DVDs are quite scratched but work just fine, but are sold "as is" just in case your DVD player is temperimental. At the very worse you could resurface them which would make them as good as new. Check my feedback and on e-bay too, I'm not about to sell someone something that doesn't work. The Angelo tab book as some weird marks on the front cover which were there when I got it, but the pages inside are all fine.
