Only the body is not an original Ibanez part, but was cut by Chris Woods to exact dimensions from a two piece alder blank. I have not drilled the holes for the
strap buttons, but I will and include strap buttons if the new owner wishes it. There is no tremolo cover or has one ever been installed.
The neck, tuners, lock nut, and Lo
Pro Edge tremolo are all from one of my mint RG 550s. You can see from the pictures there is almost no wear on any of the hardware.
The pickguard is a genuine JEM7VWH pickguard purchased new from Rich.
The orange knobs are new NOS Ibanez white base knobs.
The pickups are new DiMarzios, and are wired in with new CTS pots, Sprague orange drops. You get a Tone Zone/VV2.2/Air Zone with hum canceling in 2 and 4. All F spaced
The back of the neck has been finished in Tru Oil for a superb finish. The fretboard still have the factory clear, and no staining. The fret wear is very minor, and have years of life.
Everything on this guitar was planned exactly they way I wanted it. Only the best parts, and is set up with D'Addario 9-42 strings.
The paint was done by Patrick Sims, and I included some pictures of what it looked like before assembly. However, there are some very minor flaws in the paint, but that is to be expected with a custom job.
I am not sure what else to tell you, this things weighs in at 8.4 pounds, sounds like a beast and plays incredible. I just have not bonded with it, and frankly I have too many floating bridge guitars already. I enjoy buying, selling and customizing guitars, but I only have so much room.
