Description: 2003 Ibanez SRG-2520 Prestige Limited Edition 1 of 50 - white (aged) - 9/10 condition

This one was part of a limited run from the Shimamura shop in Japan. Typically, these limited run Prestiges are made by the J-Custom guys (look to the RG7CT and the RG PR series for example), effectively making them J-Customs with Prestige logos. That might not mean much to a non-Ibanez fan, but this plays just like every J-Custom I've had, and it is
awesome. I've been playing it a lot, but I'm heading back up north and just don't want to take it with me. Since I don't get too attached to many guitars, I can bear to see it go.
Although the pickups are the Dimarzio IBZ's, they honestly don't sound like the ones I'm used to. In fact, I was going to install a Lundgren M6 in the bridge but just decided to leave the stocks in there because they sound great. I looked into it a bit, and I guess the original IBZ's are worth keeping around (whether because of value or quality). I honestly didn't think they made these pickups in 2003.
There aren't really any imperfections, aside from the lightest, smallest stress crack in the clear coat of the neck pocket on the bass side, but I couldn't photograph it. Otherwise, there is some hardware wear (typical for Ibanez hardware) but nothing dramatic. Also, the body was once bright white, but as is usual for a white finish, it has aged in most spots, so it's a nice cream/off-white color..
