Hello Hello Hello.
I bought this not too long ago for the stupid reason that I always wanted one, but now I've got it, I don't play it and I'll tell you why. Basically, I got to a point in my playing that was like when an author gets "writer's block" I was (and still am) working myself out of a rut with my playing. It turned out the whammy bar was the Devil's plaything and every time I reached for a guitar I start messing with the damn thing, doing stupid divebombs and squealing artificial harmonic pull-ups, etc... Now don't get me wrong, it's damn good fun! but when it starts being all that you do it get's monotonous and seriously affects your REAL practicing.
So...
I decided to block the trem on any of my floyd guitars for the near future and this one (obviously) got blocked. Now then, I'm not sure if any of you of seen on the boards but I'm now a PGM freak! and I play both of mine all the time, I've actually got a third on the way and need to claw some cash back from that purchase and as always with me when selling a guitar, it's last in, first out.
The guitar itself is in what I would consider to be about an honest 7.8/10 condition, although a lot of people would try and pass it off as 8.5/10. There are two really visible dings on the upper horn and a small few scattered around the body that are hardly noticable. Everything on the guitar is original. No fretwear, a good bit of life in them too. No nut cracks or crack in the paint at the neck. Slight fading on the headstock if you look at it in certain lights, but you've pretty much got to have a keen eye. The
locking nut pads are missing because like I say, the trem was blocked, although I will include a whammy bar. The fretboard is slightly dirty, but only very slightly. And lastly, the top of the
truss rod has some wear and tear from use over the years but is still fully functional (the part where you put the wrench to turn the truss, not that it'd bother 99% of people but I just want to make sure you know what you are getting.) Like I say, the whammy hasn't been used in a long time so the springs probably need a good bit of loosening up to get rid of their "memory" I've also taken out the wood that was blocking the trem and set it up to float for you (because I need the wood to block my new PGM100

)
It plays awesome with super-nice, low action and sounds awesome too (original pickups believe it or not) it just isn't being used and I can't see it being used either because I love the feel of my PGMs too much.
Now then, I'm after £300 shipped in the UK and I can throw in a soft case OR £340 and I'll throw in a used Ibanez hard shell case. I'll post some pics up here very very soon.
Cheers for looking
